The Genna Lab is focused on developing new synthetic routes to novel metal-organic frameworks (MOFs). Our main focus is on template-stimulated self-assembly processes.
In addition to traditional solvothermal syntheses, the Genna Lab focuses on rearranging presynthesized MOFs to novel architectures by treating the starting architecture with a chemical stimulus.
The Genna Lab is pursuing the synthesis and deployment of stable silylated-metal complexes.
